Rivendell Estate’s 2023 Chardonnay was picked at optimum ripeness and pressed to French oak for wild fermentation that was followed by an extended time on lees. The resulting wine displays citrus blossom, stone fruit and lemon curd aromas that are supported by a fine acid and gentle texture.
