Rivendell Estate Rosé 2021 – the Flint

This wine is a great expression of the modern international style in Rosé wine. Palest of salmon pink, this delicate and expressive Rosé exhibits pure aromas of wild strawberry and white florals. The palate displays ripe fruit and is finished bone dry.

From Southern Margaret river this was quite a late harvested parcel of Rosé. Oxidative handling in the winery and fermentation with moderate solids levels ensures a wine with great texture and rewarding verve. The wine was created with a merlot base and a smaller percentage of shiraz.
