Wedding Drinks Service
Rivendell offers two options for drinks service at your wedding:
1. Drinks on consumption with a minimum amount spent of $2,500. All aspects of service is organised by Rivendell including staff, glassware and provision of ice, or
2. Beverage packages (7 hours duration followed by ‘on consumption’). All aspects of service is organised by Rivendell including staff, glassware and provision of ice.
On Consumption
Rivendell will source and serve all drinks, ice and water for your wedding. Enquire via email for drinks pricing.
With this option you will need to put a bar tab down for the drinks service. You need to allow a minimum of $65 per guest and there is a minimum overall bar tab spend of $2,500. Your wines must be chosen from Rivendell's cellar and you get to choose the beers and/or ciders you wish to have available. Rivendell has a well stocked bar should the couple wish to also make spirits or cocktails available for guests.
Any unused amount on the bar tab (above the minimum spend) will be refunded together with the venue hire bond provided no charges are necessary due to damages.
Drinks Packages
Our packages offer a selection of Rivendell Estate wines and a choice of beers that showcase what the region has to offer while also incorporating flexibility in price and choice. Please note that beverage packages run for 7 hours - additional hours can be charged on consumption.
Starter Pack - $80 per person
Choose 3 wines and 2 beers $80 per person
Sparkling water, soft drinks and still water will also be available
Premium Pack - $90 per person
Choose 6 wines, 3 beers and 2 spirits (or one cocktail).
Sparkling water, soft drinks and still water will also be available.
Signature Cocktails or Fruit Punch (with or without alcohol) can also be made available at a separate cost and will be quoted on request.
Barista coffee and tea can be available for an additional $5 per guest.
