Rivendell function centre and gardens provide you a perfect spot to celebrate your special day. Whether it is a birthday, family celebration or a farewell Rivendell offers you the opportunity to celebrate surrounded by nature's beauty.
Planning a daytime Weekday Function?
Venue hire starts from $500 for up to 4 hours of exclusive use between 10am and 4pm Monday to Thursday.
Rivendell will supply all your drinks purchased via your pre-determined bar tab. Food is BYO - you can bring your own or select a catering company of your choice. Any use of Rivendell's kitchen is reserved for licensed, pre-approved catering companies.
Planning an Evening Function?
Venue hire starts from $1,500 for up to 5 hours exclusive use with an 11pm curfew
Rivendell can provide you the perfect spot for an evening and night of your dreams. The venue is available for hire up to 6 months in advance on a Friday or Saturday night for private functions that are not weddings. Wedding bookings need to refer to the information provided here.
Food and Drinks
Food is BYO and Drinks are purchased on consumption from Rivendell
The minimum spend is $1,500 at the bar for night time and evening events. Bar staff, glassware and drinking water will be provided as part of the bar service.
You can bring your own food or select a catering company of your choice. Any use of Rivendell's kitchen is reserved for licensed, pre-approved catering companies.
Please note that Rivendell is not available for hire on any public holiday or for use to host bachelor or hens parties at any time.
Events held at the function centre are offered the opportunity to use a selection of furniture available from Rivendell as part of their venue fee.
Garden functions must hire furniture or bring their own. At a minimum a bar must be supplied for your event.
Garden events held in the evening and into the night need to supply a dance floor and lighting.
