Rivendell Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2020
Matured for 16 months in oak. This is lush and plush, and lays out a heady combination of firm but fine tannins, red and purple berries and pan fried toasted spices. This is really delicious, and perfectly approachable now, with enough structure to show its integrity.
